Workshop: Lithuanian Cooking

Lithuanian food is considered to be quite natural and healthy, unless you eat really traditional and fatty dishes. Lithuanians eat plenty of vegetables and use different products from the forest (like mushrooms, berries and herbs) for food. Traditional rye bread is consumed every day. The most famous dishes are considered to be cepelinai (that's the most traditional one), kibinai and šaltibarčiai (please try to pronounce this word correctly :).
Would you like to learn to cook any of these dishes? Or to bake traditional rye bread or ginger cookies? To taste Lithuanian beer? Welcome to the club!
